Sandy Gaian was over the top helpful getting insurance squared away for payment. She also helped create a schedule for me to drop my truck off that did not appear possible to do at first look.

I may be mistaken , but I think the rear edge of the headliner was not secured completely. I will try and come by the office on monday and let you see.

Always like the ease of having AAA Insurance and your company a AAA approved place to take my truck. Everything was seamless and my truck was taken care within a week! The truck was expertly repaired and I was more than happy with the great detailing they did inside and outside of the truck with I picked it up!
I was very satisfied with the service Fix Auto LA Mesa provided me.
When I dropped off my car I felt like an inconvenience to the receptionist and was ignored for about forty-five minutes before going to the rental car area. No one smiled or had a pleasant thing to say. I thought the customer service was horrible. It was much better when I was picking up my car. Then the receptionist was a different lady and a much nicer lady. I also had to call three times to see if my car was done. You had my car for three weeks and I was told each time it would be ready in a few days and then not ready for a few more days when I called back. This happened over and over again. I was also told to wait for a week to drop my car off because you did not have a rental reservation and then when I got a reservation I came to my appointment to get my rental car that was suppose to be revered, enterprise didn't have any cars and I had to wait for hours with two small children. The enterprise people had great customer service and were very nice but the overall experience was not good at all.
I was concerned about matching paint, but it was perfect! Thanks.

Two weeks seemed like a long time to fix a bumper, the supporting brace, and one other part. I left my truck on Thu June 29. The paperwork was signed and emailed on Fri June 30 at 7:30a. An appraiser did not start on my vehicle until Wed July 6. Two days were lost (Fri and Tue not counting Monday July 4). Once we got started, the process went smoothly. I think there was some miscommunication between the appraiser and my initial contact person which may have been complicated by the July 4 weekend.
You guys did a great job on my vehicle.
