My front bumper was not crack.and i talk to the guy about it and you guys are supposed to let me know whats going to happen.i feel like i should not come out of pocket for it to be repaired..

Tried to reach, no one noticed two
Small cracks on the front windshield.
Will be in KC this weekend, will contact
you after weekend to show what tried
to bring to your attention.
DDr.SLonka (small 2 cracks, hard to see.
But windshield can break up if not fixed.
Called, but no reply,better if seen.

They repaired our car on schedule and everything was delivered as promised. No one wants to have to use a body shop, but this was a place that we would return to if we ever were in a similar situation.

Carstar has always taken great care of our vehicles. I do have to take my vehicle back for a final touch up buff of two marks that were missed during detailing. Rob was very nice about it and offered for me to stop in this week to get fixed at my convenience. I will continue to use Carstar.
