I wish I would have known in advance that it would take more than a month to replace the tire rod. The original time table I was verbally given was "a week or two". Other than that, the car looks great and I was very happy with the customer service and responsiveness. I will still patronage this business.

The only unpleasant experience I felt was with the lady at the front desk. She seemed unaware of what was going on. I had dropped my van off to be fixed and picked up my rental car. I drove back to Carstar within less then 10-15 minutes, at most. To get a handicap placker, I had left in my van. The lady at the front desk acted like she had never even seen me before. Asked my name, vehicle make and color. It really felt awkward. Also this was not the first time I had been in contact with this lady at Carstar, same location, same counter. Thanks for asking. All our interactions, from the first phone call to the final inspection of the work, were really great. The employees are very professional and courteous. Most importantly, the work you performed on our truck is perfect. It truly looks like the day we bought it again. However, it might be even cleaner than the day we bought the truck! My wife went to finish paying for the repair so we could go back later and pick the car up she said they acted like they didn't want her to look at it before she paid she had to ask to look at it and I liked the email updates but I wasn't giving a heads up that it wasn't going to be done when scheduled until I called the night it was supposed to be done.

Couldn't be more pleased with my total experience with Carstar. Car rental in house, friendly helpful people who kept me informed on progress, got the car in and out in very good time.
