Because the part wasn't ready when they thought it would be, they arranged to pick up my car from my workplace. Fixed that day and we were able to have it for the long weekend. I will recommend them to anyone who asks!

I would have hoped for better communication regarding progress during the process itself though, and that the car was not ready on the initially planned day to retrieve caused some chaos for us. In retrospect, I wish the expectation of 3 full days had been set, and had it been completed a ****/2 day early, that would have exceeded expectations.

Carstar Center exceeded all my expectations. From scheduling my appraisal to picking up my car after service, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were also able to repair my vehicle in the same day! They made my repair experience extremely convenient. I will definitely be back if I need any service in the future.

I am a previous satisfied customer. This time my vehicle was ready before the promise date and the job was perfect. The staff from Lisa to the estimator to Leo were all professional, friendly and very interested in seeing to it that the work met with my approval. I even got the car back cleaner than it was, my wife is still talking about the good service. I have recommended Carstar in the past and will continue to do so. Thanks for a job well done.
