The commitment to make my vehicle look like new. I was worried because Liberty Mutual called for a used bumper for my **** year old truck. Problem being i believe it was the same bumper from 2019- 2026. I wasn't happy with the thought of possibly a 6 year old bumper on my **** year old truck. Bobs assured me it it didnt stand up to their expectations they would reject it which they did upon the used bumper quality. I didn't have to fight the insurance company on it. Bobs did a very great job and in a timely fashion. I will be recommending them to any of my friends that need Body Repairs.

Everything is poor quality at this business. For my repair, the completion date was changed three times. When I received the vehicle, it was filled with cigarette smoke. While waiting, I was told someone was washing and using a vacuum (for ****.5hrs), but the exterior was not freshly washed and the interior was not freshly cleaned. Topping it off, the repair was inadequate because the hood is still bent and the new parts have scratches on them. In general, I support local businesses, but I cannot recommend this business, based on my experience.

I was very happy with the service I received. Eric was great with the communication. Quality was good. My parts came in early and I got my car back a week early. I had my new tags in had when I picked up. They offered to put my tags on, replaced the screws with black matching bolts. I was able to leave my rental car there. The difference between a good experiance and a great experiance can be the details.

I was a bit frustrated. I had to come out twice because they kept my car for two weeks and thn the door wasn’t working. But when I came back they fixed it in 15 minutes and apologized. Very kind people. If they were closer to me they’d be my regular repair people. I recommend to others!

I would like to recognize several employees who did an amazing job for Bob’s Automotive. First impressions are so important and Sandra was the first person that I dealt with when beginning the process of getting my car fixed. I had many questions and she met each and every question with informed, pleasant answers. From the beginning of the process all the way to the end of the process Sandra helped to ease the inconvenience of having a car in the shop by her excellent customer service.
