Everything was done very quickly and I liked the aspect of the text messaging for updates. It felt really nice to be kept in the loop with that kind of stuff that a lot of other shops dont offer.

Very pleasant and helpful. I like the text messages and phone calls I received to keep me updated. When I picked up my car the gentleman went over the repairs and explained everything they did. He was very nice and made me feel very confident that they did their best to satisfy their customers. Thank you for your service!

I was a bit worried on what to expect. This was my first experience with a body shop. Bob's was a pleasant surprise. The work was done quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend Bob's Auto to anyone who asked.
