I had a wonderful experience with Service King at the Rainbow x Charleston location. Dave was excellent at explaining the needed repairs and estimated time it would take to complete it. We were very happy it took less time than initially thought which shows me they worked at expediting the repair. Gerry at the front desk was very helpful explaining how to find the Service King in the first place. She was always pleasant and friendly. The location could use better signage ????. I brought my car for repair on Monday at 8:00 AM. I was told that my car will be ready on Saturday or following Monday Morning the latest. I received a surprising text on Wednesday at 11:30 AM that my car will be ready on June 25, 16 days later. I called Service King right away requesting to stop the process to take my car to a different place. I talked to Tim stating that my car will still be ready on Monday on schedule. My car was finally ready on Tuesday at 6:00 PM which I couldn’t pick up until following day at noon. Tim did reimburse $70 for extra 3 days rental copay with Enterprise.
