I was recommended to utilize the Services of Pride for my BMW which had been involved in a rear ended accident of freeway. My Insurance Company recommended Pride. I had heard of them but had no direct experience on their Collision & Auto Body expertise. Though with some "trepidation " about services from unknown provider I was Extremely pleased with my BMW's repair, body work & paint & drives as good as uf new. I am so glad I followed the recommendations of AAA. From customer service, vehicle outcome & regular updates from Pride regarding status of repairs & expected completion date. I absolutely could not have been treated any better then by each individual if whom I came in contact. Frim transporter, front office staff, mechanics, body staff & management! Everyone was great, my only concern is the the sensors I was on a hill well behind the next car and they were going crazy. I know it was an outside company but will need to take it in for them to look at.

I could not be more satisfied with the repair work completed on my vehicle by the craftsmen at Pride Auto Body. My damaged vehicle was restored to its original look with no tail tell sign of repaired damage. You are truly experts in the trade. A special thanks to Eli, Danny and the several customer service representatives assisting, for their kind, courteous and professional service. I was well informed regarding the repair process and updated regularly on the progress of repairs. My vehicle was returned to me in a timely manner, clean and polished. I am a repeat customer of Pride Auto Body and return because of the excellent service and work Pride offers. I specifically sought out Eli because of past experience and I felt that he what is my best chance for needed repairs on an older car. Your work and service is reflected in your name.

The service I got starting from bringing my car and setting up all the repairs by Nalili, all the updates regarding the progress of the repairs and up to the time I picked up the car... the service was excellent. I got the car in an excellent condition. I will not hesitate to refer people to tour company when it comes to body car repair.
