My car looks great but something has happened to my car alarm in the process of the repair. My car alarm goes off now when I open the door and doesn’t stop until I put it in gear and drive. I heard this happen twice in the lot while I was waiting. I am surprised and displeased that no one spoke to me about this. I will be calling on Friday to speak to someone about remedies - I do expect it to be taken care of.

The staff were terrific. Kristin **** was efficient, warm, and capable. Shayan, the estimator and my link, checked in regularly and was enormously helpful. Extra details in the repair were much appreciated.

Everyone provided outstanding professional service! They were so responsive, efficient, and respectful. They kept me constantly updated and even got my car back to me ahead of schedule allowing me to keep my commitments in San Francisco without a round trip back to return the rental car and get my car. I am deeply grateful for their exceptional services!! My car came back in great condition ... very clean!! Thank you everyone!

Friendly staff, everything was taken care of through Fix Auto and Geico, all I had to do was drop off my car. They had a rental there for me, kept me informed of what was going on with my car, then called me when it was ready. I swapped the rental for my car, paid the deductible, and was off! Super easy process, and the work was well done. Very happy with the experience!
