Carlos and the Cooks Collision team provided excellent customer service. I received frequent updates on the status of my car. The turn around time on my car was very quick, and they were able to finish my car sooner than expected. They made a very unpleasant experience a pleasant one, and I would definitely choose Cooks Collision for any future collision repair needs.

Repair work looks good, but customer service was a little off. Estimator wrote down date to bring in car, but scheduled a different date. No problem. Told my car would hopefully be done Friday but I would receive a call updating me Thursday. I was even asked if I preferred email, text, or call and stated call. No call. I called twice before someone responded and gave me info. I was told it would be ready Monday or Tuesday. Monday I get an email stating it will be done atb5 pm Wednesday. No problem. Then at 4:10 pm, I get a call stating it’s ready to be picked up that day by 5 pm. Basically no warning. Had 45 min to get there in major traffic and I was told they got it done early and did me a favor. I did not care which day it was done, but wanted a bit notice to let my employer know. I was not impressed. At least the work looks good.

I have not been able to take the car for a drive that was not stop and go traffic yet. So I am not able to answer with a complete yes. However Joe was personable and answered questions I had at the time I picked the car up. The car was finished ahead of schedule and the visual appearance of the car looked good.

The staff could not keep up with my car. They continuously mixed up my vehicle with someone else’s when I took it in initially. I received numerous texts notifying me that my car was almost complete and complete and when I called to confirm pickup, I was informed that it was not ready. My spouse contacted Cooks and tried to handle this process without my input but the staff continuously contacted me with incorrect updates without notifying my spouse. My spouse was occasionally contacted by the person handling our account and he sometimes offered semi correct information. Semi correct information can be better explained by informing you that we were contacted this week telling us that it was going to take several more days to fix our car because the paint did not set properly. After being without a car for 2 ****/2 weeks my spouse contacted our insurance company to inform them of this issue. The next day, Cooks called my spouse stating that the car was ready for pickup. The front windshield still does not have tint installed even though the car was ready. We still have to bring the car back to Cooks to have the job completely finished. Cooks has provided quality work for us in the past but does not complete the work on the first trip. It generally takes at least one follow up trip to have the entire job completed. The reason that tint is not on our window now is because the wrong windshield was installed after Cooks broke our original windshield. While Cooks has now put the correct windshield in, we still have to make an additional trip for tint to be installed on the windshield. I hope that Cooks corrects these issues soon...
