I called prior to pickup to ensure it was ready and was informed my car was ready but when I arrived it wasn't and I had to wait 50 minutes for my car. The. When I opened my car door there was a half inch long white out tape Mark in my drivers seat, my passenger seat was all the way to the dashboard, there was a newspaper from 6/8/2016 in my passenger floor board - that was a date during which the car was at the shop, a roll of whiteout tape was left in my cup dispenser, my service lights were on, the drivers side front rim was scuffed, the windows were not cleaned, there were tiny blue marks all over the exterior, and my radio required a reset. The service person who escorted me to my vehicle in the rain said "well I don't know how that could happen, you can come back if you figure it out...." Then he walked off without so much as an apology for the excessive wait or a thank you for your business. It was very disappointing and even after several attempts I have yet to get the residue off the Windows (every window has what look like water droplets but it will not come off with window cleaner). It is obvious that my battery was disconnected and that's what caused the service lights and radio to be disabled - I called Honda to trouble shoot those issues. I do not understand how a repair of hail damage resulted in all of these issues, let alone the customer service short comings and blatant disrespect of my time and property. I am very frustrated and disappointed overall.

Wards kept me updated on the process and the progress on my vehicle from the time that I dropped my vehicle off until the time that I picked my vehicle up. Initially I anticipated that my vehicle would be at the body shop for weeks, but I'm completely satisfied and happy that it didn't take wards as long as I expected. In a nutshell, I'm happy with the work, the time in which the work was done, the customer service and the professionalism that wards provided.

My vehicle was promised on a certain date got a call with details said they would call back and never did. I went to pick it up because my rental was due it was not ready. Promised it would be ready Monday I personally called and the never called back with a status I called back at 4:30 they said it was ready. Got there there was a huge scuff mark after they repaired my hood my rear view mirror was not installed after they repaired my windshield when addressed the issue they front desk and her side kick sitting to her right said well he left he had to pick up his kids and they were to concerned to leave since it was closing time. And said just use your side mirrors you can bring it back later on in a few days. Horrible service I will never use Wards for any future repairs. The quality was great the customer service with the personal and updates of complications were never addressed I kept getting false tex messages my vehicle was on track no set backs. Wasting my time going to get my car and having to extend my rental last minute. Just horrible and very unprofessional.

No they gave me a date when it was to be ready it was not ready they gave me another date it was not ready they could have called me before the first date and told me that they had ran into a problem and I wouldn't have been expecting it to be ready
