Super friendly staff, great job with the repairs. The only part I was a bit put off about was the delayed text/email updates. I had already picked up my car and two hours later I received a text saying I could pick my vehicle up. Its not a big deal and every other part of my experience was a 10/10

Time frame given to have the car completed was five days later than anticipated. Communication regarding repair progress was sporadic. Received a text at 3:40 on ****/16 asking if I picked up the vehicle and I wasn't informed that the vehicle was ready to be picked up. My daughter received a text at 5:45 stating the vehicle was ready. When we call the shop no one answered the phone. Poor communication. This was not our past experience with your establishment. Past experience with your establishment was much better and we were kept abreast of the status of the vehicle's repair progress more frequently.

Several things my vehicle was there more than 2 weeks drivers side window tint is stained wasn't there before they received my vehicle. Customer service have you waiting without giving you an answer on the smallest of questions that should have only taking an organized company **** min for the answer

I love the way the technicians kept me in the loop on the progress with the vehicle repairs. I also appreciated being able to leave the rental at wards. That eliminated me having to figure out how to get my car home and the rental back to Enterprise. Everyone I spoke to at Ward's, especially my adjuster, was friendly and knowledgeable. I have always had all of my repair and maintenance needs done at the dealership where I purchased my vehicle. Now that the warranty has expired,I can for see myself coming to Ward's. Job well done team Ward's!

When I first got to Wards, I had service with a smile from the receptionist. I was then sent to talk to the person who was to do my estimate. He carefully went over every detail with talking to me about my car and also the details about my estimate and how long it would take. The rental a setup was nice and handled very well. I would recommend to anyone that needs their fixed for body work to go to Wards.
