I should have been informed of the additional repair costs over and above the original estimate. I realize it was no additional charges to me....only to the insurers. But it is my car and I would like to know what additional damage was found. No-one said anything to me about this. I discovered it when I was paying the bill and questioned it and the lady said there must have some other been some other damage that was discovered.
