Upset that my claim was ended due to a representative stating wards would take care of my repairs, then when I picked up my vehicle I was informed that that representative had no authority to make that decision. Now my insurance will not process another claim and I am forced to either deal with 2 different tail lights or come out of pocket for another tail light.
