I had such an incredible experience with Joe Hudson. They were extremely helpful every step of the way and helped me out with communicating with USAA and setting up my rental car with Enterprise. The email, text and phone call updates made me feel like they really cared about making sure that my car was moving through the shop quickly and effectively. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new! They even vacuumed it. I was extremely satisfied with their work and would definitely return.

My repairs were completed during the days before and after Christmas. I received numerous communications alerting me to the progress. The emails stated car would be ready 12/28. I then got texts that stated a different date. Went and spoke with the shop manager. We agreed that if car not ready by 12/21 then I would pick it up after Christmas since I had a trip planned. Got a phone call 12/24 that my car was ready. Explained I had made arrangements to pick car up 12/27. Was told since I had been notified car was ready I would be responsible for car rental fees. I had to unpack my rental and then go to the shop. The car needed additional repairs to complete the job. Car was not ready until 12/28 which was the date already stated in an email. Things were finally worked out, but not without additional anxiety to me.
