I was told that my repair would take 2 days, when i picked up my truck **** week later because it was "ready"the parking sensors were going off randomly, i didn't even leave the parking lot before i noticed it was not normal. I took it back has been almost **** month and it is still not ready. Saying that i am unsatisfied is an understatement.

I called Don Hill before it was unloaded at my house because of the poor workmanship an ask if I should just return it. He said no keep it I’ll have to order parts. Mic question was how’s it gonna get repaired in my driveway? So I then had to drive it back from Laughlin to Vegas to get it done correctly. First off it was at the shop for two months an now come tomorrow it will be at the shop another two weeks. Your body shop had no quality control to send a vehicle out in the condition mine was delivered to me. Would I use your shop again or recommend you NEVER!!

See pervious feedback. Not at all happy with the attitude of the body shop underwriter who stuck to his repair estimate (never calling or asking if there was more work needed) when shown 2 small scratches that were not fixed. Said he could ONLY do what was written on the estimate but said nothing to me until I pointed out the 2 scratches. He became defensive of his work and finally stated he would reluctantly fix what I had found for free. After dealing with him, I would NEVER take my truck back to the Fairway Body Shop.
