Finding a body shop that can match red paint is nearly impossible. But Demontrond did it! The employees and always polite and hard working! You can't tell anything happened to my car! I will never use any other body shop as long as I live in Bryan/College Station, and it might be worth the commute from Houston when I move! Because I know for a fact they'll do it RIGHT. Every time. Thank you guys!

There is still debris in paint. Hood does not align properly. There are swirl marks in paint.

The work itself was fine, but I was told by Kristen she would keep me updated. I only received automated texts from November 2 thru November 9th. I’m car was scheduled completion on November 10th. On November 10th I called an spoke with Alex and he explained that it was not done it would be Monday. On Monday I did not receive a follow up call so once again I called Alex explained it should be done on Tuesday. Still no call so I called Kristen’s phone which directed me to call Jacob and he wasn’t familure with my car. Finally Alex came on an said it was ready. I have been in coustomer service for years and this was poor service. Alex on the other hand should be commended he went above and beyond to help me.

I was taken care of from the time I called Geico insurance after being in an accident to the time I picked my vehicle up from Demontrond after the repairs were finished! I have to say your customer service is excellent! Also, a big thanks for going the extra mile and putting a new headlight on before I left the shop and for helping get my son's car seat out of the rental, for staying after hours so I could pick my car up before the weekend. The text updates are awesome too. Thank you all so very much!!! Happy Thanksgiving!

The overall repairs were great. However, y’all could not get the matching running boards I originally had. The new ones are awkwardly high and close to the vehicle to the point where I do not even use them, I wish more time could’ve been spent finding the same ones I had.
