While it was upsetting to wreck my car everything after the impact was a very positive experience, including a charming cop and a very helpful insurance company. But best of all was dealing with Professional Collision for the repair. Not only is this company VERY professional, they truly go the extra steps for excellent customer service. Easy to deal with, great communication process and my 15 year old car looks practically new now. It certainly is clean enough to be new which is a fabulous added value. I give Professional Collision the highest possible recommendation.

Everyone there was very nice. They kept me informed of everything going on and worked well with my insurance agancy. My car was not only repaired, but very clean when I picked it up. I hope I'm never in that situation again, but will certainly request them again if need be as well as recommend them to anyone else that may need their services.

I chose your repair shop based on the excellent reviews I read on yelp. I have to say that I agree with those reviews. I would definitely come back for any car repair - hopefully I won't have to though :). My car looks beautiful!! Thank you for doing such an awesome job!

2 things; Communication via email and by phone - it was a relief to understand completely that they had it totally under control, and that I knew this was one interaction that I was not going to have to follow up on. The car looks great, and they cleaned the inside as well - making a bad experience of having an accident turn out as good as could be expected. Now I understand why they were booked out by 2 months. It was worth the wait. Thank-you!

From the beginning I was blown away by Jason's exceptional customer service. Initially I was less than thrilled to go through the process of repairs after my accident. But am glad I picked Prof. Collision! Jason helped throughout the entire process and was extremely communicative about the status. He made arrangements with Enterprise for my rental and overall the whole thing was really easy and stress free. Oh and most of all my car looks fantastic, they did great on repairing the bumper quickly and thoroughly. I was incredibly impressed!!!
