I would say that overall it was what I hoped to achieve without cSI when I dropped my truck off. I ended up with additional damage to my vehicle that was not there when I dropped it off. I learned the day I was going to pick up my truck that the back up camera was not working of which it was working when I dropped it off. There are also just small things I was told would be taken care of and they weren’t of which I was told I already had to pay additional to the original quote so I just paid the balance requested to get my truck back. I am done with CSI for good and an left to figure out the issues I was left with.
