Paula was amazing. She kept me informed throughout the entire repair. My truck was damaged during an attempted theft. Kendall was able to get it in right away. The parts came in quickly and the repairs were done right. I decided to have some unscheduled, additional work done which they did without hesitation or requiring another appointment. They even washed and vacuumed my truck. I greatly appreciate their professionalism, quality and wonderful, kind and knowledgeable people. I couldn't be happier. Great job Kendall??

****. The initial repair was shoddy. Niki tried to tell me that vehicles coming from the factory were not aligned as good as I was requesting. When the work was re-accomplished, they got the good and front bumper cover straighter. It is still NOT like it was before the accident, but it is acceptable.
2.I DO NOT want any contact from Kendall Ford for ANY reason, unless it is in reply to MY Questions. How long does it take for you to get me out of your E-Mail system?

They did a great job. Although it took way to long to get my car fixed All because they were waiting for one piece for the grill. I decided to do some research and found an after market piece that looked identical to the original Honda factory piece. Had the collision center told me about it. My car could of been fixed months ago.
