I experienced great customer service from the Fremont location receptionist all the way to the receptionist in Santa Clara along with Jonathan Theyer and the person who backed him up while he was out on lunch(I forgot his name), but he was great help! Cooks Collision is PHENOMENAL. From the initial inspection by Armando in Fremont, to constant progress reports from Jonathan in Santa Clara, we were filled with confidence. They coordinated the rental car pickup and delivery, handled all communication with the responsible insurance company, and even delivered the car 3 days early. They treated our car as they would a family member's - not a dent, rattle or squeak was left, it was clean inside and out, delivered in pristine condition - even a rust spot on a door and scraped bumper were touched up. On a scale of **** to 10, this company is a solid 15.
