The experience was delightful. The staff was fast and efficient. They said the work would take 3 days but my car was completely fixed in 2 days! I heard from people that I work with at falcon jet that they were the best and highly recommended by USAA. Great job!!!!
Very nice and helpful group of people. Always kept me up to date with status of repair. They treat you like family. In fact will be getting truck repainted by them in the future.
I was told my car would take two days to fix, received a text not a phone call that it would take three days. On the third day I called three separate times checking on the status of my car. Each time some either assured me it would be ready by close of business or they would call me back in 15 minutes. Neither were true. I explained each time I called that I had a rental car to take back, worked out of town and needed to know times so I could schedule to take off work. I was assured that my car would be available by close of business on the third day so I took off work early using vacation time and when I finally got someone on the phone for the last time they said no it would not be ready, they were sorry they never called back they had gotten too busy. I'm not upset that it took longer than expected to fix my car but here it is the fourth day, no one has ever called me from Sally's to let me know my car is ready and I still do not have my car. Manage expectations. If you say you will call, do it. Also a text is not good customer service, pick up the phone.

Sally's body shop gave us excellent treatment from the time they were notified of our claim until they returned the vehicle. They kept us updated on the status of the repairs and was able to complete the repairs in four instead of the estimated five days. An inspection of the completed repairs shows the vehicle to be in as good or better condition than it was before the collision with the deer. I will assign Sally's Body Shop five stars for their excellent work and attention to detail in the handling of our claim.
I've had work done at three body shops and Sally's is by far the best. They always do what they say
