The vehicle was towed to the shop on Nov 9 and completed on Dec 10. Longer than expected. The vehicle was not as clean as we expected.

I greatly appreciated the quality of the work done in repairing body damage to my vehicle. From the greeting of the staff during the estimate to the final delivery of my car upon completion of the work, every step was very professional and friendly. I also was in need of having my vehicle done fairly soon, and was so pleased to have gotten my car in for the work sooner than expected. My insurance company sent me to Lithia Ford for the estimate for repairs, even though I owned a Toyota, and we had a Toyota delaer in town. My intention was to get the estimate and likely go on wtih it to the nearby Toyota dealership, UNTIL, I found a familiar trusted face in the name of Trent Braack. Having had a great experience with Trent at another dealership a few years back, I didn't hesitate to have my car repaired at Lithia Ford Body shop, knowing I could count on Trent to see that the job would be done well. And indeed it was a great job, timely, and with no complaint for cleanliness of the techs, at a reasonable cost. I would not hesitate to recommend Roseburg Lithia Body Shop to any of my friends or family in the future.

Jeremy assisted with our repair. He was professional, informed me as to what needed to be repaired and gave me a solid estimate on how long it would take. When the work was done he went over all repairs that were completed and went above and beyond. I was extremely impressed with how quickly the work was done and the friendly service I received. I would rate this experience an 11 our of 10.
