Your rep Joel at Woodstock store was excellent. However your status updates via text were useless. Joel had to keep texting me the actual status as your automated ones were incorrect. Apparently they are based on the average repair time at the store vs MY specific vehicle. So instead of a good idea to keep me informed you sent me status repeatedly saying my car would be ready on 6/21 when Joel was telling me early week of 6/10. That only pissed me off. And repeat Joel was outstanding and should not have to work around a crappy system like that. I hope Allstate surveys me because they will hear this as well.

I have use service king multiple times for service with my vehicle. This is the first time that I feel like I did not receive the type of service I received at the other location. My rep I felt like was not proactive I. Trying to give me an estimate to fix my vehicle. Their has been many times when I have arrived at your location and received an estimate immediately. This rep told me I need to call the 800 number and make an appointment. Then come back. Who turns down business.

Y’all need to do better with everything. My initial appointment was double booked so I had to come later than I planned. I got conflicting information several times. My rep switched half way through my car being there. My battery and speaker wasn’t reassembled correctly. Overall, it was just a bad experience.
