Everything was great cept some tapelines on the fin and orange peel on the hood. Service was good just a few things on the paint job need to be addressed.

The total process was amazing! Have to use your services is never a good thing (accidents) hut from day one I was throughly impressed with you company. The staff was very professional and courteous. The appraiser was extremely detailed as to what was going to be done and when the completion time would be. I received daily updates as to the progress of my repairs and the vehicle was done when promised. Oh! I forgot to mention that the quality of work was outstanding. You would never know my vehicle sustained damage. Great job to all! P.S. Hope I never need your services again!!! LOL
I've got to say that this was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Everyone was friendly, efficient, and knew what they were doing. While my car looks great, I really appreciated the regular communications I received via email and from Sony Paul. I always knew what was happening with my car and when to expect it to be ready.
Additionally, the woman at the front desk was very helpful when I dropped off my vehicle. There was some difficulty with the car coming to get me to take me to the rental car shop and she was great in ensuring I was picked up.

In short 90% I'm happy, sonny is a joy and is willing to fix the problem. What bothers me is this is the second time I've had my car done and the body repair men have either did extra damage or like this time they moved my passenger seat up and found out they couldn't move it back because my moter is going out. I have a 350 z the seat doesn't need to be moved.They left the seat pushed up. Didn't tell anyone. Then I have to tell sonny the problem when he has been nothing but over the top nice. Not to say the two front desk ladies bring happiness to anyone's day. You have a great team in office, but outside they aren't trust worthy. A simple" hey boss this just happened" might work. I'm coming back Monday so they can put me back to 100%. Thank you.

I did not like the fragrance in the car after the carwash. I am sensitive to odors and it is quite overpowering. otherwise, everything else was excellent.
