Courteous, timely and excellent work. While nobody wants to have a car damaged in an accident, the Cooks people made a difficult time better by helping at the beginning as well as sending daily updates on progress - then finishing a half day early. Highly recommended.

Jared was awesome. He squeezed me in for an inspection appointment because I wasn't aware that I needed an appointment, was very knowledgeable about the whole process of accident protocols, and went above and beyond to drop my car off at my work and drive my rental away for me. I don't know the girl's name at the front desk but she was extremely sweet and patient, too. Excellent customer service all around. Car looks new,too!!

When we got the car back, there was ****) dirty stuff including jumper cables crammed into the front seat/front passenger area 2) fine white dust on the kid car seat and other items put back into the car. kinda defeated the purpose of the nice cleaning job otherwise...

Once Geico took responsibility for accident you should have facilitated their payment, rather than continuing to have Farmers pay the claim. Now I have to wait 6-8 weeks to get my deductible back.
