When we got the car back, noticed that the trailer hitch cover was missing. I call Womack and explained that knew the cover was on the car before the crash but didn't know if it was on the car when it got to Womack's. It may have been knocked off during the rear end collision. I asked that they look around their shop and see if they had it. A few minutes later, they called back and said that they didn't find it but had ordered one from Jeep that would be there in a couple of days. That attention to customer satisfaction exceeded my expectations.

I have trusted my three vehicles with Womack. Unfortunately, my third vehicle was unable to be fixed due to the extent of the damage.
I hope not to see Womack again but if I do I feel my car will be in good hands and it will come out looking like new.

The damage was repaired so well that the replacement parts were indistinguishable from the original. My only concern was the lack of coolant which caused engine freeze-up.
