After looking over my truck, i saw my rear right tire was chewed up, as if someone did a burnout. (i could pull excess rubber off the tire)
Just discovered that there is a piece of my door handle missing on the passenger side
Katie was great in answering all my questions and ensuring that the work was done correctly in a timely fashion—and it was! I am satisfied with the quality of service and the way my car was repaired. However, when I received my car back I noticed that my quarters in the console were missing. I keep about $5 in quarters in the console for parking meters, and was disappointed to see that it was gone when I got my car back. I didn’t bother to report it because I believe I saw signs that say Sport Durst is not responsible for valuables left the in car—but this is the first time I’ve had anything stolen from my car while leaving it with a trusted provider for service. I hope that you can talk to your employees and remind them that it is poor taste to remove *anything* from the cars, no matter how small. The small gain of $5 in change is not worth losing trust from a customer.

Handled my situation very professional n kept me updated. I did inform Katie a minor irritant which was due to my negligence. I should have removed my sunglasses from my vehicle before turning it over. It disappeared n obviously someone went through all d stuff I left in d vehicle.
Katie did a great job. She kept me informed throughout the process.

I understand delays happen but I was told Friday morning my car would be done by Friday afternoon. That was not the case but no one called me or let me know until I called checking on it around 5 pm Friday. When I picked it up Monday (yesterday) more lights on my car weren’t working than when I dropped it off. Also a piece under the car wasn’t fastened back, so I had to return to get these items completed. This morning I still feel as if it’s not right because under my car a piece seems to still be hanging that didn’t before I dropped it off with you. The bigger issue is wasting gas to drive back to you to get things fixed that should have be done before telling me it was fixed.
While the team who worked with me was professional and pleasant, the repairs took a very long time, and a mistake made during the initial inspection, wherein damage to the passenger door was incorrectly categorized as pre-existing (it was not), caused further delay, and I believe it also caused Geico to deny our request to repair it. My car is still scratched, and my leasing dealership may hold me accountable. I firmly believe it would have been covered if it had not been improperly categorized on the original claim.

It didn’t matter to me because we have two cars & my husband no longer drives, but the repair (painting rear bumper) took 7 days! However, job looks perfect!
I was not informed of when repairs were complete on my vehicle. I had to call the shop to inquire about the repairs and found out that it was completed 3 days prior.
I was happy with the repair work done, but didnt notice til the weekend, that the change in my console was taken. Someone had the nerve to leave me 10 cents left out of maybe $3-5 worth of loose change. And top of that I discovered that the sample spray cologne in my arm rest was used completely up (**** ****/2 small sample bottles). EXTREMELY disappointed by all of this, again the work done was great...but for me this eliminates the excellent work done. I can not recommend this shop to anyone I know. And I will look to contact the BBB to file a complaint.
