Great service and the car looks great. We needed the car for this weekend and Anthony stayed on top of it so we got the car on Friday, in time for the weekend.
I stopped on the fly. Anthony said you could fix it now. I was shocked. 30 minutes later, I was on my way. I fretted over this scuff mark for 2 months. Anthony was great.I can know look at my car again without being angry with myself. By the way, that's the cleanest shop I have ever seen!!
I liked your using OEM parts wherever possible. We appreciated the updates from Anthony every step of the way. We were really impressed with having the car finished on time as we were leaving the country for an extended period of time
Car repair appears great. Email notifications did not match with what was actually going on. An estimated 3 day repair took 10 days. It was due to issues with the vendors, but I had to call to check status. No one called me to update. I only got a call when car was completed. When I dropped off my car they said it would be detailed. I did not expect that, but was excited that it was going to be detailed. Unfortunately, it was not detailed. It got a basic cleaning with smeared dash display and inside front window was still dirty with same smudges that it had when I dropped it off and no tire dressing. I am grateful that the repairs seem great, but I feel for a business with such a long standing reputation customer communication should have been a lot better. Thank you.
My wife and I have each had a very satisfying experience with Knievel's Centers.My wife had a problem with the undercarriage of her car and was near one of your centers. The manager came to the rescue, fixed the problem with no change. My recent experience shows outstanding service and will use your Centers in the future if needed.

I expected a much higher level of workmanship. The seems on the fender did not match. The edges of the fender were rough. The person that you have initially greeting your customers is not very friendly. Bob offered to help me bring back the car to have it fixed and implied that it would be an additional charge to the insurance agency. Bringing back my car is a huge inconvenience and billing the insurance agency for something that should have been done right the first time seems to be borderline unethical.

Everyone was very nice and my car was fixed perfectly. My concerns have to do with how long it took to fix my car. This was an insurance claim and fortunately my rental car was completely covered. That being said, I have a feeling it took longer than it needed to, and I wonder if it wasn't rushed because the insurance company was paying. I don't know if this is the case or not, but taking advantage of insurance companies isn't good business. Also, I was told that my car was being detailed for me and would be "spotless" when I picked it up. Lol... If you call wiping down one door and spraying new car smell in my car detailing, well, now I know.
Please know that I am grateful to have my car back to normal and a job well done. Next time, leave out the detailing promise and don't use it as a stalling technique.
Bob did an exceptionally good job of keeping us informed of the status of the work on our vehicle. It was nice to be able to come in and view the vehicle. Very customer friendly shop, and very clean.
Good communication skills and finished product was excellent. Receptionist at front desk knew her job and was professional but a smile would go a long way to improving first impression. I just chalked it up to she wasn't having a good day but my second visit was the same. I wouldn't say it was bad but it wasn't exactly the personality I would want greeting my customers as a first impression. Again she seemed to know her job so maybe she was preoccupied.
I was extremely satisfied with the repair. I thought your customer service was very good. My only complaint is that some minor touch ups on my car were not completed, however when I inquired about them, they were done. This was complimentary on top of the repair job, so I really appreciate it. The main disappointment was that my car was quite dirty inside. I had to wipe down the interior and clean the inside. I would expect that my car would come back to me as clean as I left it if not better. (It had just been cleaned before bringing it in to the shop).
Better to under promise and over deliver. I was told you were shooting to have my van ready by Friday. Got a call Friday afternoon indicating that it may not be ready. I said no problem. Then I was told it would be ready Monday. Again, not the case. You could have told me it wouldn't be ready until Tues from the beginning and that would have been fine. It was annoying to keep getting extended. Found some other issues after picking it up but all issues have been addressed now. Thank you.

We have filed a complaint with the BBB. The employees and their Mgr Dave **** are nothing but crooks and lied though out the whole process. They even tried to bribe us by doing some cosmetic work in return for promising to give them a perfect ten score. Not only did they attempt to buff out some scratches, they damaged the car furthr. We will be filing a claim for their negligence. You, First Nationwide should ashamed to have them as a "Preferred Shop". Worst experience of our life. My number is ****-****-xxxx. It's traumatizing to get in a car accident. Then stressful to figure out who to take it to. I first called an auto repair shop in El Dorado Hills on a Monday morning who told me they couldn't even see be for a quote until the next day in the late afternoon. Then when I arrived, they told me that the repair was going to take at least two weeks and that they couldn't even get me in for the repair for two weeks. It was only a bumper repair. I got back on the phone with my insurance company who referred me to Kniesels. That was 4pm on a Tuesday. I called them from the parking lot of the first repair place. They said, I could come right over and they would quote me. I was told my repair would take about a week and they could get me in for the repair the following Monday. Bob was super friendly and put me at ease. While they had my car I received email updates telling me at what percentage of completion they were at and when my car was expected to be done. Well it ended up being a day earlier then they expected. BEST auto repair experience I've ever had!! Thank you!

Very disorganized rental car not ready when I was guarreteed a car would be ready the day of appointment instead I ended up going to two different car rental places to obtain a rental car that I had to deal with and it took at 4 hours to get a car. People just need to be ready for their customers and tell the truth it was not and I mean not good at all. Bob couldn't be honest so very sad I will never come back to have my car done there again even though the work was ok

Working with Bob and your team was the easiest and most pleasurable repair experience I've ever had. I brought my car in first thing Wednesday morning. Within 15 minutes the rental car people were there to pick me up due to your guy calling them and handling my reservation. Less than an hour after that I had a message from Bob saying that my car was already in paint and should be done by the end of the day even though it was a 2 day repair. I got text messages all day letting me know the status of my repair and I was able to call at 3pm to schedule my pick up. When I got to the shop Bob was waiting for me at the front counter. After signing off on the paperwork Bob even helped me carry my bag of groceries out to my car. And to top it all off I didn't have to mess with returning the rental car. You have made a lifer out of me and I will recommend Kniesels to everyone I know and I'll never take my vehicles anywhere else. From the rude gal at your counter to the 5 different dates I was told the car would be ready. I wasted over 300 in fuel by not renting because of the 5 different dates I was told the car would be ready. Had I been told the correct date from the start...even if it was 3 weeks later I could have made the decision to rent and save on the extra fuel I burned. You waived my 100 deductible which was nice however it does not make up for the poor information I was given and the frustration. Sorry for the poor review.

I went there to get my truck repaired and left feeling as if i got ripped off. I went there with the intension to get my truck back to the way it was before my accident and left with all the service lights on just as they were post crash, that is the first reason for my disappointment. Secondly during my trucks stint at this shop i had multiple items take from my truck so far that I have noticed item #1 a 6' griffin samsung s5 charging cord, item #2 a 2cell LED maglight, item #3 (this being the most important) a pair of **** and Wesson handcuffs with the name J. Miles stamped into them. These handcuffs are irreplaceable due to the fact they were my uncles' whos has since passed. If this situation is not rectified and i do not get my belongings back I will be forced to take legal action for my things to be returned to me expeditiously. I will be contacting the shop monday morning when they are open and I hope everything is solved when the time comes.

It took a month for the repairs and still found something wrong. Bad customer service very unsatisfied
The repairs appear to be very good. However the original estimated date of completion was fri 12/4 (4 days later), actual completion was thurs 12/10, 10 days later and 6 days later than original estimate. No explanation for ongoing delays, only texts each day with "updates" pushing completion out further each time, and no phone calls.

Customer has been great however the weather stripping was still torn on the lining in the trunk and there is still a small dent above the trunk.
Everything was great except for 1 small thing. Someone circled a paint chip (completely unrelated to the accident) with a red marker and I didn't notice it until I got home... I guess I'm not using the right products because I'm having a hard time getting it to come off .. Otherwise I was very satisfied.

My car looks absolutely wonderful, and all the people I talked to at the Cameron Park/Shingle Springs facility were great. However, four or five days in a row, I got a text saying that my car was completed and ready for pick-up, but then when I would call to confirm, they would change the pick-up date on the phone. This got frustrating because I would get excited to get my car back, then be told I had to wait longer. The last time this happened, the person I talked to said there was some sort of glitch in the system that was causing this to happen. I just hope this problem has been solved so other customers don't have the same confusion!
2 days turned into 2 weeks. Next time, if there is one, just be up front. It will reduce the stress. So far the quality of the work looks outstanding.
All staff was very friendly and professional. The premises was neat and clean.
My vehicle was originally slated to be completed on 1/9/15. However, I did not receive it until 1/14/15. Each day I received an update late in the afternoon to only discover the car would be another day late. This was a bit stressful on personal schedules. I would recommend either earlier calls or more realistic time frames.

I have asked for the right head light lense to be replaced and it was not. I have been waiting to hear from someone about scheduling an appointment to fix that and fix the small dents in the door which were not fixed.

Detail, detail!! Fuel door contacting hinge and chipped the paint. I was so impressed with the job until I noticed that. :-( I hope that when the fuel door problem is fixed that the paint matches as well as it does now.
