The customer service was amazing everybody was super great my car looked marvelous when I picked it up unfortunately three days after I got the work done my car completely shut off and will not start so I have to take it to the mechanic shop now I’m not sure if this has anything to do with the bodywork but my car was running fine before the work was done.

The car was in the July 2 hail storm, with strong winds and marble sized hail stones. The paint appears ok, but would like to have you check it out later. I have one small task to complete with a bit of touch up paint should do the job.

it was a very positive experience. The new parts fit perfectly, and the painting was perfectly blended. Marco and Corey were excellent to deal with during the process. They kept me informed and answered all questions thoroughly. I wish business people I deal with day-to-day were so attentive and professional. Only negative comment is that the negative battery terminal connector was not tightened. Went to start the car the next day and no power. Fortunately it was an easy fix.

The car repair was not complete, as the window was banging glass on glass when I shut the drivers door. Then I noticed that the left turn signal didn't work, so noone had tested the autopilot function and switched lanes. Lastly, after 3 visits, they left the drivers door panel improperly attached and basically hanging loose still from the metal door. I was shocked that after 3 visits noone bothered to double check the door panel work and I wasted a lot of time and money. I was told the future fix will be free as far as the left turn signal LED and the door panel finally fixed properly.

The repair took much longer than anticipated. The automated repair status updates didn’t update. There was a some sort of paint or ?? tony spray spots left on the front windshield. I’ve washed the window several times and it’s still there. I just bought a razor blade and will attempt to scrape/remove it with that. The windshield wipers used to be silent when in use. Now they make a slight scraping sound as they pass over the windshield. Other than that the repair looks good and the vehicle drives great.

Star went out of their way to help me out when the insurance wouldn’t. The staff is extremely polite and helpful and went out of their way to get the car dealt with and out of the shop as fast as they could. I will definitely go back if any of my vehicles get wrecked again
