I'm not sure the reason, but it was quite a few days after I dropped off the car before the pictures were even submitted to my insurance. They had taken the pictures in front of me when I dropped it off, so I'm confused about the delay. I also asked if an oil change could be done during the insurance's 3 day audit period, but the day I picked up the car was when the oil change actually got done, after a few times of me asking about it throughout the time RPM had my car. Other than that though, everything was awesome. My car looked like new. This wasn't my first time having RPM fix my car, and I'd still go there again in the future if needed. I'd recommend my friends.
