Joe was really on top on getting my car fixed and communicated with me on a weekly basis throughout the entire process. He was honest and humble during our conversations and very appreciative of the fact that the repair took longer that initially estimated and I was an understanding customer. I could easily loose my patience but in reality global supply chain was disrupted due to the pandemic years. Kiddos to Joe and the team for getting my car fixed. I am very satisfied with the repairs and cleaniness of my car after the repairs. However, there can be more improvement on the status of my repairs in the process. My car was at the body shop for two weeks due to delays in getting supplemental approved from my insurance. However, in those two weeks, I got no notification in any form about the status of the repairs and I had to call to see what was happening. That communication could be improved. Nonetheless I am very happy about the repairs.

The front hood is misaligned. The sensors on the Tesla do not work, and therefore the summons feature and the parking assist feature are not operable. And there is a loose object in the driver-side door that raddles. All attempts to charge the car with my home charger do not work. I suspect the internal inverter does not work, but I cannot be sure of this.

I never received any status updates without messaging to remind them, the trim piece around the passenger quarter glass wasn’t replaced but the glass was removed and replaced. I was told the front passenger TPMS sensor was replaced but it wasn’t, I was told my taillights came off another customers vehicle cause they didn’t come in with the rest of the parts. The driver door speaker by the mirror has its top clip broken and isn’t fastened properly. Headliner has scrapes that wasn’t there before like as objects were moved in or out and scratched the interior.

I called ahead to let them know we were on our way to pick up vehicle. When we arrived, the car had a flat tire and 5 percent charge left on the battery. How far did they think we would get with a flat tire and low battery. This would have caused major issues as the car owner was waiting for the vehicle to drive to the airport. Luckily, we noticed both before we drove off.
