My car is a hybrid and get 36.8 miles to a gallon. All weekend it has just been getting 21 to 22 miles per gallon. I had oil changed, that’s not it I think there something that needs to be reset that was missed and it’s going to require a trip back in on my part to figure out what happened while my car was in your hands.

There is a scratch on the rear taillight, caused by the accident, noted by the tech when the car was first evaluated, it's still there, I guess this is what happens when you rush the repairs in order to get reimbursed quickly, I expected better

The staff (Pat in the garage and the woman at the reception desk in particular) were all very professional and courteous. They would answer any questions and offer help with any issues. The repair looks great. Pat explained the entire estimate and answered all my questions with no hesitation. I am considering using the shop for repairs in the future because I enjoyed the process very much. Thank you for a great job.

The repairs appear to be OK. However, during the process, the wrong wheel was received, causing delays in the completion of the repairs.

Everything went smoothly. The relationship between Porter and Nationwide seems well organized. I appreciated being able to leave the rental car at Porter for Enterprise to pick up when my car was completed. I also appreciated that the same rep who wrote the estimate delivered the car back to me when it was finished. I liked receiving the text notifications and a copy of the estimate by email. Overall a very good experience and I am usually suspicious of dealerships as I have had some bad experiences in the past BUT NOT WITH PORTER.
