Krista did an amazing job! She kept me informed about the repairs through out the whole process. She even got the vehicle ready 2 days before the completion date. She was able to resolve any of the issue that arose, even when my daughter was with me waiting for the vehicle, she ensured my daughter was happy and even gave her a lingo teddy bear to help stay happy and have someone to play with her while I did the paper work & car rental. She definitely has a great leadership quality of not looking for excuses but being the solution to issues that arise. Excuses are a dime a dozen and people love to make them, but when you have someone that finds and becomes the solution to a problem it’s a rarely, and for this reason I’ll only use longo for my repair and service needs.

The quality of the repair was excellent. When two small scratches on the hood were discovered after the insurance repair was completed, Jorge Eden quickly said he would take care of the problem. While we didn’t like having to leave our car for additional work, Jorge was able to get it back to us in a day (and arranged for a no-cost rental for us to use).
