Work was completed as promised and we were informed of the status of our repairs on our vehicle.
My car is pretty dirty when I picked it up. The receptionists need to improve their customer service skill. No greeting, no smile, she reacted like she’s very tired at the beginning of the day.
Work was done in a timely manner. Received my vehicle sooner than I expected. I appreciated all of the informative updates and the friendly demeanor or everyone I spoke with. Thank you.

I truly liked your system. There was a procedure for everything and apparently your people followed it.George was very professional and handled my case extremely well by keeping me informed. My compliments to everyone who worked hard to get my car fixed right the first time.
I suggest that the men that take in the cars do not estimate when cars will be done. Maybe as the time comes closer when the car is almost done, then a contact could be made. I was told that my car would be done before Thanksgiving and it wasn't. I chose not to rent a car because it was only about 2 weeks away. Other than that, I was entirely happy with Krista's contacts.

The personnel was great, especially Eddie. The repair work was very good as well. Communication was timely and helpful. Only 2 issues I had:
****) The repair work was completed on schedule but I was expecting faster service from Lexus (rather than an independent repair shop). Instead it seemed multiple parts needed to be ordered instead of being in stock.
2) I went to. Lexus dealer in the expectation a loaner would be offered free of charge as is done with service. Instead I was told a loaner would only be
rents because the actual repairs were done by Toyota rather than Lexus.
On balance I don’t think I would have been any better off elsewhere so it was more an issue of my expectations being perhaps unrealistic.
I love the service provided by Longo! it’s a pleasure coming here to get any kind of work done. This was my first time working with the collision center. The gentleman who wrote the work sheet/application at receiving was such a delight. People like that makes a huge difference!
