Dropped car off with check engine light NOT ON and when I picked up my car the check engine was ON!! the guy in the body shop put a scanner on my car and told me it was a bad O2 sensor I asked how can that be ? It wasn’t bad when I dropped it off he said he must have gone bad from sitting there for 4 weeks?? I never heard of that happening before and that was it no offer to have a mechanic look at it to see if maybe someone knocked off a wire when working on the car. NOT HAPPY!!!

First I had to bring in my car so that they could take pictures and get parts. Bought my car in ****/28/2022 and was told it would take 7-10 working days. Nobody ever called me to let me know it was going to be a lot longer. I had to Keep calling. It was finally finished on ****/23/2023. That was a very long time. I had rented a car thru enterprise and they told me to take out insurance. But because it took so long they want me to pay $790. That is totally insane. I can’t afford that at all.
