I received an estimate for work I requested to be done. After work was started I was told there needed to be an increase in the estimate. I was stuck and agreed. THEN I was told the requested work would be totally done because "they don't do that work" (running electrical wiring and connecting). If not able to do WHY WAS I GIVEN AN ESTIMATE!!??

Ok In my previous comments I addressed the overall speed and courteous approach that I experienced while dealing with the service manager and cashier at Fred Beans. But you really seem to want to know that all was not perfect. My car was in for inspection and service. I expected that all points mentioned on the statement would have been completed. However that was not the case. As I drove away The low tire warning light illuminated on my dash. I investigated using the tire report function in the car. Well it wasn’t just one tire that was low all tires were reading in the low to mid 20’s instead of the mid 30’s. The tires were obviously not serviced even though the form that the mechanic filled out indicated that the tire pressures were checked. My car had not been driven in months and It was important that the entire vehicle was inspected. Very sad realization!
