we had our car pinstriped. Twice....instructions were not followed on what needed to be done.
Ultimately, we were pleased with the quality of the work.
the technicians and the front desk need to complete better instructions for their customers. fortunately, this was a very small job and even if corrected would not have cost them much to re-do. But, they need to be careful in there future

I was worried about how my car would look after needing repair, especially since it was only 6 months old and in brand new condition prior to a deer running into it, but Mateo did a fabulous job and it still looks brand new after the repair work! I could tell he really took the time and went the extra mile to do all of the small things that made it look new again. Everyone was very friendly and informative at CARSTAR Fred beans, they kept me informed as to where my car was in the repair process the whole time. Picking up a rental car and dropping it off was also an easy experience. I am very pleased and thankful for the work CARSTAR Fred Beans did!
