Dropped car off on the third of April and was told it would take 5 days to complete , was called on Thursday to be told that they found more damage then quoted and need an additional week to fix, that was fine with me since I understood needing to order more parts and wait for more disassembly/assembly, on Thursday of the following week I was called and told they ordered the wrong wheel, this seemed strange to me since they have both the vin and three other wheels to match it to, but they assured me it would still be done by that Friday, Friday comes along and I arrive to pick up my car, this is where the problems start, upon inspection the fender/hood was misaligned on the passenger side and there were swirl marks on the paint, was told they could fix it and I would be done on Monday, a mere 17 days after I dropped it off and for a repair that was supposed to take 5 days for o complete. Monday roils around and I go to pick my car up yet again, this time it all looks good on the outside so I go inside and pay, when I go out to my car and open the door I find more problems, drivers seat is covered in **** grease/dust/dirt and the passenger seat had a giant hand print on it, I went inside and brought this to their attention and the service writer went and attempted to clean it but I ended up just cleaning it myself, after over an hour of cleaning the seats finally looked acceptable, so I went to start my car yet again and the hood open alert is on even though the hood was clearly closed, again I went inside and brought this to their attention and was told every one had gone home for the day and to bring it back the next morning which I did, finally after 17 days my car is back in my possession, highly disappointed in this dealerships treatment of an almost 50k dollar car
