First - this place needs new assistants as NO ONE EVER CALLS YOU BACK! Made 4 trips to get our Jeep, the 3rd time we were told it was ready - when we got there, the door was still damaged, no new hinges and it was unaligned. Also, they put back on our damaged tire and rim and when we asked about it the owner Scott said "Oh he knew about that" he said the new rim and tire were back ordered and not in yet, thought you wouldn't want to wait any longer for it to come in. I said "did you ask me that?" did you communicate that to us? How do you know we wouldn't have waited? Our jeep was there 2 months and his sign clearly says if you don't want your vehicle to be here 30 days then you have the wrong place! Laughing so hard - because we had our there 2 months and he put used parts on our jeep - totally rude to us - shafted State Farm out of money twice for parts we never received. I also have pictures of where they scratched the top of my jeep and the door and colored it in with Black Sharpee, the door is still not aligned and they put a different tire on the back that does not match my 4 tires and I paid for that new tire. People DON'T take your vehicle here to save ****/2 of your deductible - it's not worth it - pay the full deductible to get better service and new repairs - not someone's used trash! Owner is a bully and no customer service. Should be called Georgetown Junk Yard - NEVER would we recommend them nor ever take another vehicle to them. They are ALL rude. I have reported them to our attorney, our insurance, BBB and to TDI for falsely billing my insurance for parts never received. Bad Business

Walked in, was assisted with insurance questions, claim information as well as sending pics to insurance. All of which can be stressful but Georgetown collision helped make the process quick and easy. Of course like before the car came out looking fantastic. This company has taught me it’s not about getting the car in and out, it’s about quality parts and craftsmanship. Thanks again for taking care of me and my baby!

I know it’s hard to communicate with everyone.. but maybe an automated system where customers can get updates anytime something new gets done to help ease anxiety.. honestly, communication is my only complaint. Several times was told I’d be called back in an hour or so and never was, ended up having to call back in the morning. I’m not saying you’re not busy, but I hated being in limbo and calling back... everyone was super sweet when I was actually speaking with them.. overall experience was fine

Nice and courteous staff and very timely with everything from taking my vehicle in to the estimate process and quickly working with my insurance company. After that the work was done completely satisfactory and very timely as well.

The repairs to our Buick look very good and it is back to pre-loss condition. We have only had the auto back for 2 weeks, so no issues. I would definitely recommend you guys to my friends. My comments to any friend I spoke to about your shop would be to be patient on the repairs. You guys do not rush through the process, but you clearly state that in your paperwork. My constructive feedback would be on communication. I would like to see a website that has current status of repairs, next steps and estimated completion date and/or a call every week letting us know (I know, I'm expecting a lot). As an example, the dealership will text me with status updates on repairs. I communicated with Joshua at the beginning of the process, but he apparently quit. I did not learn of this until I called in to give you guys a payment. Joseph was easy to communicate with. The car was vacuumed very well, but there was over-wash on the inside during the wipedown. Again, I'm happy with the repairs and the overall service.

There is a piece missing on the console of my car that Ashley said to send her a picture of and she would make sure it was taken card of. I have sent the picture and followed up several times with her with no responses from her.
