I was in contact with Cedric on several occasions and expressed to him my concern for getting the alignment corrected (it was just corrected 10 days prior out of my own pocket before my vehicle being hit). I arrived to pick up my vehicle and took it for a test drive and the car was pulling to the left. I told him this and was told sorry since its "within normal limits" on the alignment there is nothing to be done. I also noted some bubbling from the clear coat and scratches on my head light that was fixed while I waited 30 mins. I immediately took my car to my vehicle repair shop this afternoon and they put my car back on alignment machine and noticed where the issue was. They were able to correct the issue and I had to pay $80 to get this fixed. Also while they were inspecting the work it was noted that my Axel boot had a hole in it and was leaking oil - this was the same side the vehicle was hit. I am completely disappointed in your professional repair shop I thought I was bringing my vehicle to. Now I am wondering what else was not fixed correctly or overlooked. I should not have to take my car from a certified repair shop to another shop to check the work. Thank you Courtney B

Danny Spence was willing to stay after 6 PM to insure that we could get the car towed in. Much appreciated! Also, liked the periodic updates. The car was repaired on time and looks great! I've been recommending Sterling Mccall because of our previous experience with them.

We have had a couple of our cars there and they have giving us great service. The manager Danny works with customers like he's working with family and that goes a long way with customers. Our last trip there was not by choice. My wife's car was hit by sheet metal that fell off a company trailer on the freeway. We took it straight to sterling mccall collision and they handled everything. The repair & paint job came out great the only thing was the grill that was not replaced but we are going to drop it off on Monday to get that done. Thanks for the great work ya'll do for us.
