Excellent outcome - good as new. Took a loooooong time. And your folks gave us "will be done by" dates three times - all were missed. Was a very complicated repair so we are not unhappy - just explaining our answer.

I would appreciate a call when work starts on my vehicle and when it is estimated to be completed. Calls or texts to update would be nice too. It would be amazing if there were a way to sign up for tex updates. The service tech inputs a milestone comment into a computer system at the end of the day which is texted to the customer. We have the computing power to make this a reality! (If you do this I want a 10% genius fee)
