The body work was really good, however the quote for the time it would take to complete the job was 3 days, and it ended up being a week. Not a huge inconvenience due to having a rental through the insurance company. I would definitely appreciate a better and more realistic estimate on the time of the job for expectation management and planning purposes, luckily this time it didn't have an impact.

I was completely satisfied with the quality of service I received from Mullins from the beginning to the end. They crash wrapped my car, so I could make a long trip and repaired in a timely manner. I would use them again, just hope I don't need to :)

Nice job on final repairs but the time it took was excessive (almost 4 weeks when estimated 8 - 10 days) and had to return the vehicle on first delivery (door alignment and dent visible). On final delivery, Mullins had to make door closure adjustments. Otherwise, nice job.

My experience with Mullins Auto Body as a whole was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. My contact throughout the entire process was Micheal, he was very knowledgeable, quick, and definitely made an unfortunate situation bearable. His customer service is impeccable. The turn around time was extremely quick and you would never guess that I had been rear-ended. I would/will definitly recommend Mullins to anyone needing auto work and or repair. Mullins is very organized, very professional and provides superior customer service. Mullins was prepared to begin repairs the day I dropped off my car. Their staff was friendly and accommodating. They notified me of the repair progress during the repair process and promptly completed the repairs. The drop off and pick up process of my vehicle was organized, smooth and done swiftly. They delivered to me a clean and beautifully repaired vehicle. The service and performance was far superior to that of other body shops that I have dealt with in the past.
