The communication was horrible. I was not called or texted once. I had to call every day. Finally (after being told 4 days in a row that my car was in the paint booth), I called and spoke to a manager. She did finally call me the last two days. My car took 10 days instead of six but I was told it was b/c one of their main paint guys was in the hospital, which was totally out of their control. I really wouldn’t have minded how long it took at all if I had been informed even one time along the way. On a positive note, my car does look great!!
So far. Will know after I drive it for a few days.

The The situation surrounding why I had to go to Voss was unfortunate. However, I was completely satisfied by Voss collision and the work they did. It started from the front desk all the way to the technicians who fixed, painted and even detailed my car. The front desk continually kept me informed with the work on my car . The technicians who actually work on my car generally made me feel like my car was the most important car in the shop. Overall, there are not any recommendations I could make to improve the collision center. The collision center was perfect and I am 100% with the work and the people who work there.
Becca has impeccable customer service skills and even through in a personal touch for our family. We will absolutely be returning for any future services.
We were treated great by everyone we talked to. They did a wonderful job keeping us updated on the status of our vehicle and let us know what parts would be aftermarket and OEM. The vehicle was finished 3 days prior than expected so we could get out of our rental.

The rental car we received was not in very good shape and the low tire light came on right after my wife left. Since she had to be at work early the next morning she had to drive to the airport to exchange vehicles.
Our Voss representative was very good calling me to let me know how things were going with our repair. I appreciate her efforts
