Estimate was great. The car looks great, the work was excellent. Received an email that it would be ready at 3:45 pm. Then a phone call the car would be ready at 2:00 pm. Arrived at 2:15 and the car was not ready until 2:45 pm. I had to tell the office staff that my car key was on the counter. I saw a employee put the key on the counter after the car was washed. No one in the office was concerned that I was waiting for my car. Please do not contact me, you have all the information you need to provide better customer service by your office staff.

They didn't polish the area that was fixed so I now have to take it in at a later time to get that fixed, however, the service was excellent, prompt, and the deadline was met. I would choose Main Auto Body again for any other repairs I may need in the future.

You did an excellent job on the vehicle and I was pleasantly surprised that you washed it also. Appreciate being shuttled back and forth so I didn't have to figure out a ride to work. Especially since the part didn't come in and you had to have the auto a second day. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the work and your employees.
