LKAS dosent work. Very disappointed with the service. Kept the car for 5 days but still couldn't fix completely, and they handed the car to me. Now I have to go back again and keep my car with you for another couple of days. Seriously did not expect this from Hersons

Everything was fluid and organized. The texts messages are great for updates. Having the rental car ready was crucial. The first question James Liu and Edgar asked when we stepped outside to view the car was asking how I was, if I was hurt in the accident. To me, that’s awesome customer service. They probably knew from the paperwork that I wasn’t hurt but asked anyway. Very happy with all aspects of the experience!

After my car was rear-ended I was worried that it might not regain its pristine appearance. Herson's Honda Collision Center did such an amazing job, it looks like it just came off the assembly line! Every team member with whom I interacted was professional, knowledgeable and focused on my satisfaction. I received regular updates and I got my car back on time. Thanks guys!

The repair was done very poorly. There is an obvious chip, and the paint job has white streaks in it. The work is unacceptable. The exterior and interior of my car are filthy. There is white dust all over my black interior. There are white marks on my upholstery that aren’t coming off. This is a brand new vehicle. I was told the manager would contact me on 12/26/2017, however I have heard nothing from Hersons. I am not remotely satisfied with the way my car was treated.

The pick up process took significantly longer than I had been told it would take. I was told it would take about 5 minutes. Apparently paperwork was not completely ready when I arrived and my tires were also not fully inflated due to the cold weather. It ended up taking about 25 minutes and if I had known that I would have come at a different time of day, not when I was rushing to get to work.
