From start to finish! The entire team at the Mapunapuna shop did a terrific job! Customer service personnel inside to the technicians performing the repairs. Dayton, who is the estimator, he explained the process in detail; even mentioning about arranging the rent-a-car services with Enterprise! Ms. Robyn, who kept me updated on the status of the vehicle and arranging the rent-a-car. The car(door)looks great! I would highly recommend this shop to all for the outstanding work performed by all of the staff! Keep up the great job! Thank you all once again! Take care.

I was not happy with the company servicing my car. I carelessly forgot my prescription sunglasses in the trunk of my car. I wasn’t concerned and assumed when we picked up the car, my glasses would still be where I left it. But no, I searched everywhere in the car and it was not found. That’s stealing, theft. What good is my prescription sunglasses to anyone but me? Extremely disappointed, mad as hell and blind as a bat until I get new glasses.
