It took longer than anticipated for my repair and Hyman Brothers kept me informed through email, but more importantly, I worked with the nicest gentleman, Sheldon, who called me on the phone to let me know when and why the delay was happening. I really appreciated that personal touch, knowing someone was looking out for my car, plus letting me know! And when I picked up my Jeep yesterday he was very accommodating- I didn’t have to wait. He immediately helped me and even shined up one spot I noticed looked funny. Magic! It disappeared. He’s the best. Thank you, Sheldon and Hyman Bros!
The team did a great job getting the vehicle ready by Friday. We were needing the vehicle for travel and they worked diligently and laser focused to make it happen. thanks a bunch !
The Hyman Bros. Is my go-to when I have damage to my vehicles, they have always exceeded my expectations on my vehicles, an the personal communication from my contact Sheldon Booker was absolutely fantastic, he's a great young man that kept me updated on my vehicles every time I had a claim. On a scale of ****-10 he gets a 20 in my book! He went as far as to send me pictures of the progress on my vechicle's an wanted my opinion on parts that were going to be installed. I will always take my vehicles to Hyman if I have any more unfortunate accidents or damage.

I am satisfied with the repairs. I just wish they were fixed in the two week time frame. I understand that there was some sort of mix up with the glass repair.

Overall satisfied with repair, but the emails and female staff member at location were not on the same page on the completion date. Speaking to the female associate made me feel, I was not correct even though the emails stated differently.

The work done on my car wa absolutely wonderful. High praises for Sheldon and all his help!!!! My issue came with the notification of when my car was ready. I had to call only to discover it was ready 4 days earlier. The lady said “we left you a message on Friday..nope, nope, nope. No message on house or cell phone. Cost me an additional day on the rental car!! ????????????
