Found two new paint chips on the trunk of the car. Your friendly staff put touch up paint but it’s still showing the two chip marks that were not there prior.
So I’m not completely happy. Unfortunately.

The repair job took two months but I don’t hold Jim’s responsible for the issues of obtaining parts during the current shipping issues nation wide. Better communication would be appreciated, even if nothing new to report, a phone call once a week would’ve been appreciated to keep me in the loop.
