Texts about completion date and calls from Chesapeake Collision were conflicting. I understand they overshoot the completion date in order to complete the work “early,” but it was annoying to receive a call from the office telling me my car should be ready this afternoon or tomorrow and then hear “maybe tomorrow” for the next several days.

I love the physical repairs to my car, but my wheel is really shaky and drifts to right and left when Im driving and it wasn't before my incident with the windstorm. I have to hold it steady while I'm driving.
